Can I use my current payment processor?
We support both Authorize.net and Stripe for payment processing. If you have an existing account, simply enter your secret keys in the Financial tab of your Club Config!
How much does Score-Shot cost?
Score-Shot is free to use for Competitors.
Small clubs under 30 members, pay no subscription fee.
Growing and established clubs with 30 or more members, pay a flat $99/year subscription.
Do you support (IDPA, USPSA, Steel Challenge, etc)?
At launch, we are limiting support to Clubs and Matches that use IDPA Scoring. We expect to be launching support for USPSA and Steel Challenge in the near future. If you are a USPSA/SCSA Club and are interested in helping with testing, please fill out this form.
How do I sign my club up?
We are currently taking Beta applications for clubs that are interested in helping launch the platform to all IDPA clubs. If you are interested, please visit the BETA Information page.
If you would like to test the system, feel free to login to the site and test to your hearts content! We cannot guarantee that club data you create can be synchronized to an existing IDPA club.
How do I find Match Results?
To find match results for a match that you participated in, you can find the results in several ways.
From your Dashboard, select the match. If the match has been completed, Final Results will be displayed.
From the Matches page, search for the match by name or by hosting club.
From the Matches page, select the match from your "My Matches" list.
To find match results for a match that you did NOT participate in, search for the match via match name or hosting club in the Matches page. Results are displayed on the "Results" tab.
How do I sign up?
If you are a current IDPA member, our API has probably already created a placeholder account for you in our system. Use our sign-in/sign-up page to link your account.
If you are not an IDPA member, simply click the "SIGN-UP" link and follow the directions.
If you are an IDPA member, but you do not remember your email address on file with IDPA, please contact IDPA about your account.
What are the minimum requirements for the tablet app?
Currently, we are supporting Android tablets only. We have an iOS app in development that should be launched soon. Minimum requirements for Android are:
- Android 9 or greater
- Bluetooth enabled
- Locations services enabled
- 8" screen or larger (we have done minimal testing on phone sized devices and cannot offer support for devices smaller than 8")
Recommended specs:
- Android 10 or greater
- 4GM RAM
- 32GB Storage
